Biography
Nadège Godefroid holds a Master in Public Relations from the Institut des hautes études des communications sociales (IHECS), Brussels. After finishing her studies, she successfully completes the exams to work as a military journalist at the Directorate-General Communication (currently DG StratCom) as of October 2011. After several years of reporting across the globe (amongst others, in Afghanistan, Mali, the United States and Lithuania), she is appointed as Press Officer and Community Manager at the same Directorate-General.
In April 2017, she becomes Protocol Officer at the Cabinet of the Chief of Defence (ChoD).
In October 2018, she heads off to the United Kingdom for an approximate three-year stay there with her husband.
In August 2021, she takes office as Director of RHID’s Department for Productions, Public Relations and Support.
Nadège Godefroid is born on 18 June 1988. She lives in Grimbergen with her husband and son.
