Thematic Papers

The series Thematic Papers comprises two types of publications: on the one hand, compilations of the insights and research findings by several authors covering ad hoc issues and, on the other, contributions by speakers among others at colloquia organised within the Belgian Defence.

The views expressed in the Thematic Papers are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the positions of the Royal Higher Institute for Defence, the Belgian Defence or the Belgian Government. The Thematic Papers are, as a rule, written in the authors’ mother tongue and are not translated.
