Scientific Committee of the Royal Higher Institute for Defence
The Scientific Committee, made up of scientists and research directors, guarantees the level of Defence research. It proposes evaluation methods and research objectives. It participates in the drafting of the research programme (ranking and selection of research projects) and evaluates its implementation.
The composition of the Scientific Committee is also defined in the Ministerial Decree of 20 January 2014 , modified by the Ministerial Decree of 18 June 2024.
The chairman, vice-chairmen and members are appointed by the Ministerial Decree of 18 June 2024.
The Scientific Committee is composed as follows:
