Board of Directors of the Royal Higher Institute for Defence

The Board of Directors is the highest body of the Royal Higher Institute for Defence. It defines the Institute’s policy and reports to the Minister of Defence. The Board establishes the strategy, and defines and evaluates the research programmes of the Ministry of Defence.
As defined in the Ministerial Decree of 18 June 2024, the Board of Directors is composed of members coming from the Ministry of Defence and the civil society.
