High Level Course – Session 2021-2022
From 27 September to 1 October 2021, the RHID organised the first module of the European Union High Level Course. This course, which is in its 17th year, is named after Walter Hallstein, one of the EU’s founding fathers. More than 60 participants from the Member States, institutions and missions within the framework of the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy had the opportunity to attend this first course week in Brussels. Throughout that week, they were offered about ten round tables and an equal number of high-level presentations given by over 50 different speakers. The participants had many opportunities to debate on various topics with the speakers, thus enriching their knowledge and experience of the various facets of EU security and defence.
